Minjoo has been investing and managing her real estate rentals since 2022, with a passion for the mid term rental market and working with traveling professionals. She comes from a background of sales but also has a passion for decor and design.

Ian started his investing journey in San Diego, California and continued his passion for real estate in Denver, Colorado. He is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and helps others invest in real estate with short term, mid term, and long term strategies.

Erland Floriano

Erland's interest in real estate started during his time in the construction industry. Since then he has been investing and managing his real estate portfolio since 2022. He has a passion for renovation and customization of spaces for tenants.
